1.  How does mobilextension work?

The mobilextension process is simple.  mobilextension provides users the capability of uploading information  in multiple formats through the online website.  Uploaded data can be shared with an unlimited number of people using any mobile device (iPad/iPhone, Android, Windows Phone or Blackberry).  Once the data is extended to mobile devices, the information will continue to be automatically synched to their mobile device and recipients can start using this information immediately!

2. What do I need to sign up for a mobilextension account?

The only thing you need to sign up for an account is an active email address.

3. Is there a cost to use mobilextension?

mobilextension is available free of charge to all list subscribers, starting with the Basic plan.  Basic plan holders are able to mobilize their list to up to 20 list subscribers.  Users looking for a little more support can opt for the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

4. Is there a mobile application for mobilextension?

Yes, we support mobile applications for iPad, iPhone, Android, Windows Phone and BlackBerry.

5. Is there a limit in the number of lists I can upload?

No. There are no restrictions to the number of lists you can upload.

6. What happens if I forget my password?

If you happen to forget your password, a link to re-set your password can be emailed to you at your request.

7. Who can I share my list with?

You can share your list with anyone- as long as they have an email address.  List owner are asked to provide the name and email address of the people they wish to mobilize.  The contacts are then sent an email alert with a unique security token to access the list.

8. Can I change my list once I have uploaded it on to mobilextension?

Yes.  List owner will have full control of their list with the ability to edit or delete list and records after it has been uploaded. Rows and columns can be added or deleted and list can be sorted by headings.  Updated liast can be immediately shared with others once revisions have been made.

9. How can my list subscribers use the list?

When mobilized data is retrieved by list subscribers, the information is automatically synched to their mobile device.  For example, an iPad is able to pull the account information using the unique security token provided by the List owner.  The list (i.e. a distribution list) can now be accessed on the mobile device.

Once a list item is selected to be viewed, all information, such as telephone number and address is synched and is ready to be used on the mobile device (by dialing number or activating maps).  Data can also be searched for quick and easy access to information.
